Day 3: Cardio Power & Resistance (5:30am)
Just finished INSANITY Day 3 which is Cardio Power & Resistance... so far the toughest day for me. I'm sore. I'm tired. I'm stressed. And again, I pushed through.
The past few days, I don't think I have taken in enough calories to allow my body to recover properly. I really have to start making smarter decisions on what I eat, when I eat it, and how much. My goal here is high weight loss, so I'm looking to intake 1,400 to 1,600 Calories per day for the first few weeks then going higher as the workouts get more and more extreme, and longer in length.
Cardio Recovery tomorrow. See you then!
