Day 23: Cardio Power & Resistance (5:20am)
Today really felt like a punch in the face. (and I don't like being punched in the face...) I'm trying to concentrate on pushing myself harder and harder each day in order to get stronger and stronger. I battled through the V Push-ups, the Tricep Ball Push-Up and ever so dreadful Moving Push-Ups. (sigh) I'm weak (but getting stronger).
I feel like I've been doing a great job with my food decisions lately, and I think that is what is helping w/ the weight loss. I drank pop (or "soda" as some prefer) and quite a bit of beer prior to starting my INSANITY program. I have completely cut both of those out of my diet, cold turkey! In addition, I've pretty much dropped junk food entirely. My co-workers are bringing in LOADS of my favorite candy's to work, and I have had absolutely NONE! (these include Swedish Fish and Candy Corn... YUM!) But, I made a decision to change my lifestyle, and that's how it has to be.
Tomorrow is Plyometric Cardio Circuit...again. I'm going to push for making it all of the way through this one, as it's the routine we've done the most to date. See you all tomorrow!
