Well... I failed. I pushed as hard as I could, but did not make it 100% of the way through Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I'd say I did about 95%. What I really need is R. Lee Ermey to come over to my house every morning to get in my face saying "Get your ass out of Mamby Pampy land and push through them Ski Abs and In-Out Abs, you worthless pansy! This isn't Sweatin' to the Oldie's you Jackwagon!" I have one more run through of this workout on Saturday before Recovery Week to end Phase 1. Let's see how I do then.
More good news on the progress front. I'm in 2 belt loops now, and my XL shirts are getting pretty loose on me. (and I felt pretty comfy in a size L shirt at home last night.) I'm starting to see quite a few spots on me slim up rather well. Chest, love handles and the butt have all been decreasing in size rather noticeably. (My Stimpy butt is disappearing... LOL)
Well kids, tomorrow is another Cardio Recovery day. Going to need the less 'hard hitting' workout as this week has been just as hard as last week. See you then!
