Nick: Day 20, 21 & 22 Recap...

Day 20: Plyometric Cardio Circuit  (6:30am)

Saturday was the 5th serving of Plyometric Cardio Circuit.  Getting better and better at this one each time I visit it, but I make sure I push just as hard as the last time to maintain a decent but healthy heart rate.  Week 3 of Insanity is now in the past.

Day 21: A day of rest!  


Yesterday was a rest day, and boy was it a good one.  I got to watch the defending Super Bowl champs, specifically Drew Brees, get made fools of by the Cleveland Browns!  This brings one hell of a smile to my face.  You know what else brings a smile to my face?  Day 22, that's what.  


Day 22: Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs (5:10am)


This morning was my weekly weigh in, and another visit with my enemy, Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs.  Woke up at 4:50am, let the dog out, got my water ready and hit the scale.  Last week, I weighed in at 214.  Today, 209.5!!!  4.5 more... GONE!  That's a total of 12 lbs. for 3 weeks!  I'm not sure why I still question my dieting and schedule for what I'm doing, but it sure is working.  So...I'm sticking to it!  Looking forward to looking at my Before shots and comparing them to my 30 Day shots in a week or so.  (sorry blog readers, you will have to wait until I'm done to see them)






Tomorrow is Cardio Power & Resistance.  I'm ready for it.
