wuz up everyone today was pure cardio again, I'd have to say this workout so far is the hardest. Pure cardio still made me sore as hell and was hard to get through. I can't wait tell this one gets easier. This insanity workout is great though I've been enjoying pushing myself to do this and I'm glad I got people who are motivated with me. I would have to say this workout is going to boost alot things such as energy, fitness, and strength. Will keep on keeping on and talk to everyone tomorrow.
