wuz up everyone I forgot to come on and blog yesterday, yesterday was tough for me I did the plyometric cardio circuit workout, but when I was done I felt a muscle pulled in my leg. Later last night I put some ice on it then put a heating pad over it later, I felt good to go today and did the cardio recovery, I,m glad it was cardio recovery because I needed a little break and this work out stretches you and makes your muscles feel good. I'm glad my pulled muscle wasn't that bad, I would be pissed if I had to stop working out, I'm enjoying this workout to much to have to stop because of a pulled muscle will talk to you all tomorrow.
