Nick: Day 8

Day 8: Cardio Power & Resistance (5:20am)

After a well needed and deserved day of rest, I was back at it @ 5:20am this morning with Cardio Power & Resistance.  Now, I know I said a week ago that I was not going to weigh myself until the next Fit Test, but I grew a little impatient.  I started out at 221.5, and am now 217.5.  That's 4 lbs. in 1 week!  I'm very curious to see how things end up next week with the 2nd Fit Test results and weigh in next week.  Now, I do have a hell of a challenge this weekend.  I'm travelling.  (which usually involves some unhealthy locations in food choice)  I'm going to continue to stay away from the beer and pop, and drink water, water, and water.  In addition, I am going to make sure I choose the right foods to eat while on the road.  (my weigh in will have my weekend decisions written all over it)  Wish me luck!

Tomorrow is Pure Cardio (a.k.a. The Chuck Norris Roundhouse Kick to the Face). I'm ready for it!

  1. Traveling is very tough Nick, but there are almost always grill chicken or fish entrees with veggies that you can get.
