Day 6: Plyometric Cardio Circuit (6:30am)
This was a tough day to finish out week 1 of workouts. My muscles were sore, I was tired, and I had a lot of anxiety over weekend plans with my wife and 1 year old son. The positive was that it was a workout that we have already done before, and I noticed improvement in just one week. This was an encouraging moment for me.
Day 7: Rest Day!
Today was a rest day, but it was not a good day at all. The Cleveland Browns lost... again. Jake Delhomme has no business on a football field (injured or not). But, today was a needed and well deserved day of rest, in my opinion. I am ready to push play again in the morning with Cardio Power & Resistance.
