Nick: Day 5 - "That sh** was buh-nana's, yo!"

Day 5: Pure Cardio (5:30am)

Shaun T said it best at the end of that workout with "That shit was buh-NANA's, yo!"   But what he REALLY meant to say was, "Hey guys, sorry for bringing Chuck Norris with me to repeated roundhouse kick you guys in the face for 40 minutes..."  That workout was ROUGH!  My heart rate was sky high!  I'm really feeling it today.  I'm EXTREMELY sore.  But still, these workouts are already rewarding, as I do feel great by mid-day.

One more workout, then I'm done with week 1 of Insanity!  (only 8 weeks left. Almost there!)

Yesterday I max'd out at 1,650 Calories.  I'm definitely going to need more than that today.  Tomorrow is another round of Plyometric Cardio Circuit.  Let's do this!
