Nick: Day 4

Day 4: Cardio Recovery (5:30am)

Today was a recovery day.  Still a decent workout, but a good and needed break from the insanity. (pun intended).  Today involved a decent amount of plank work with some good squat and lunge stretches. Since today's routine was not as taxing as the previous few days, I'm going to lower my Calorie intake just a little.  As I said before, I'm looking to shred a decent amount of my body fat in the first few weeks.

Tomorrow is Pure Cardio.  It's on!
