Day 18: Cardio Recovery (5:15am)
A good old recovery day. I actually notice myself being able to get deeper into these stretches and exercises this morning (which I'm guessing is a good thing...). Not that things are getting easier by any means, but I feel that my workouts are far more effective than they were on week one. I'm able to do more with my body which makes me believe that the coming weeks are only going to be more effective in the continued weight loss and shaping of my body.
Week 3 is almost done! <sarcasm>Can't wait until week 4 which gives a double scoop serving of Pure Cardio topped off with Cardio Abs</sarcasm>. Talk to you tomorrow after I Push Play to Cardio Power & Resistance.
