Day 17: Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs (5:00am)
Today was almost the day that I missed my first workout on the Insanity schedule. But guess what I did? I got my tired, exhausted, sore and sorry ass out of bed and rocked out Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. Pure Cardio is my enemy! Such a rough routine for me. I made it about 70% of the way through before having to take a quick rest. (but the rest was VERY quick) My legs are on FIRE these past couple of days. I feel like Annie Wilkes just destroyed my legs w/ her handy old sledge hammer! (Such a classic moment in Hollywood history)
