Nick: Day 13, 14 & 15 Round Up

Day 13: Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs (6:30am)
My wife, son and I went on a road trip to Kentucky to visit her family.  At 6:30 in the morning I was up and at it (thanks to my wifes natural alarm clock) for Pure Cardio and the fist helping of Cardio Abs.  (Core... On... FIRE...).  Was a great workout.  And, on top of that, not even two hours later I walked nine holes at a pretty hilly golf course.  So, I definitely got my share of physical fitness in for one day.

Day 14: Rest Day (sweet...)
This was my rest day to complete week 2 of Insanity!  I did fairly well with my food intake for the weekend.   Could I have eaten better? Absolutely... but I stuck to the water, had no pop or beer (which, the beer part was EXTREMELY difficult), but held in there!  (I did have a coffee, though)

DAY 15:  Fit Test #2 (5:30am)
Now this is how to start of a Monday morning!  Weighed in another 3.5 lbs. lighter for a total loss of 7.5 lbs since the start of Insanity!  (this bring me 24% of the way to my goal of 190 lbs) On top of that, I improved on each and every Fit Test move!  Read 'em and weep!

Current Stats:
BMI:          29 (out of the red zone, but still up there)
Weight:      214  (goal 190) - started at 221.5!
