DAY 1: Fit Test (5:30am)
So I weighed in, got some before shots, and ready to go!
Current Stats:
BMI: 30 (red zone... not a good thing)
Weight: 221.5 (goal 190)

The Fit Test was a bit rough. I struggled with the Push-Up Jacks and Low Plank Obliques, but feel I did fairly well for the shape I am currently in.
DAY 2: Plymetric Cardio Circuit (5:20am)
Waking up sore, I was worried about the workout today. And I was right. I felt like Shaun T came to my house, and I decided to pick a fight with him and wound up on the losing side. Once I was done and cooled down, it was a very rewarding feeling. I struggled today with the Mountain Climbers, Ski Abs and In Out Abs (pretty much, the things that require my non-existent Core...)
I'm sure I'll be 25x more sore tomorrow morning, but I'll push through. Only 26 more days until Recovery Week, right? :)
