I’m back and feeling great! I had to sit out for a few days last week to heal a miner pulled muscle in my back. (Not related to working out). After a few days of some light yoga and deep stretching I am able to jump back in. Today I pushed hard and I know I will be feeling this workout tomorrow. Lol It feels good to be in shape. I eat this, I sleep this and because of that this insanity workout, this constant pushing and being active is now my new way of life. I love it. Keep going everyone I’m right here with you.
