wuz up eveyone, I guess I did the wrong workout Saturday, I did cardio abs instead of the plyometric cardio circuit, but today I got back on track and did the cardio power and resistance workout. Today was still tough, but I can tell it's getting a little easier I know over time we'll be in good enough shape to do this workout with out being really sore after word and the next day, that will be great will talk to everyone tomorrow.
