Nick: Day 19

Day 19: Cardio Power & Resistance (5:30am)

Today was an awesome workout on many levels.  First off, I am pulling off far more reps during each interval.  I'm getting stronger and able to endure more each day.  Also, I my motivation was as high as it has been in quite some time.  This is due to having someone tell me "you look really good" last night...  (My wife rocks!)  Thank you Jenni!  It's one thing when you hear co-workers or friends say that you're looking good, and ask "are you losing weight?"... but when you hear something like that from your wife...  PRICELESS!

One more workout tomorrow and week 3 will be over!  (only 6 weeks to go from that point)  Almost there!  Tomorrow, I'm going to try a recipe w/ my sample of Greenberry Shakeology.  Going to try Banana Sunshine, which is:

1 Scoop Greenberry Shakeology
1 Banana
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Water

Let's just hope this experience will be better than the straight up serving of Chocolate Shakeology with 8 oz. of water.  (that was just no fun at all)

Tomorrow is Plyometric Cardio Circuit then a Rest day on Sunday.  Go Browns!  Beat them Saints!  (maybe we'll help that Madden curse come true tomorrow for Drew Brees...)  See you all tomorrow!

  1. I am not a big fan of Shakeology with straight water. I add milk, and banana, and almond butter, and whey protein and oatmeal and make a full meal out of it.
